Committed to driving the sustainability efforts of the Go Organic! brand, Sadhbh ensures that the brand’s focus on organic practices aligns with its broader sustainability objectives. She champions organics as a crucial element in reducing environmental impact and promoting responsible practices.
Technical
Bob is responsible for the management of our supply chain and quality control functions. He ensures that all of the producers and packers that we partner with have the industry approved accreditations to produce a safe and legal product for our consumers to purchase and enjoy.
Operations Manager
Tracy is responsible for dealing with our organic suppliers directly in relation to the availability of products. Tracy manages the stock on a daily basis to ensure orders are supplied to the supermarkets and orders the required stock from the suppliers each week.
Marketing
Responsible for the direction of the brand's B2B and B2C marketing initiatives within the Irish market. With a strong focus on consumer insights and market dynamics, Niamh leads the development and execution of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Organics Category Director, Dole EMEA
As Category Director for Dole Organics in Europe, Ollie collaborates with the team in OTC and other Organic experts in our Dole companies to execute a vision of establishing a category organisation. Their goal is to deliver a core range of organic products for our customers, ensuring these products are produced with the highest levels of organic integrity, as well as guaranteeing consistency of supply and year-round availability.

As Retail Liaison, Tony connects our brand with retail partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. With a focus on market trends and consumer behaviour, Tony ensures product visibility and fosters strong partnerships, ensuring mutual growth and success.
